Le contraste \u00e9tait pour le moins path\u00e9tique\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Afin de me rassurer, je me suis fait la r\u00e9flexion qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait bien plus jeune que moi, et pratiquait le yoga depuis bien plus longtemps. Vrai \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, cette petite anecdote m\u2019a offert l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux notions de souplesse et de raideur.<\/p>\n<p>La principale diff\u00e9rence entre nous deux, outre l\u2019\u00e2ge \u00e9tait la pratique\u00a0: Enfant, et adolescente, j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s souple, mais avec les ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai cess\u00e9 de m\u2019entrainer. Et la rigidit\u00e9 s\u2019est progressivement et insidieusement install\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si le corps \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019image de ce que vit l\u2019esprit ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un corps raide pour un cerveau qui l\u2019est devenu tout autant\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si avec l\u2019\u00e2ge nous perdions, \u00e0 tous les niveaux, en souplesse pour \u00abgagner\u00a0\u00bb en raideur\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oui, sans doute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Est-ce in\u00e9vitable\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Non.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans ce cas, comment maintenir la plasticit\u00e9 du cerveau, comment garder un esprit \u00ab\u00a0souple\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e9lastique comme le corps de cette jeune fille\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une des solutions consiste sans doute \u00e0 s\u2019entra\u00eener r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement\u00a0: pratiquer la tol\u00e9rance, l\u2019autocritique, l\u2019ouverture aux autres afin d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 notre cerveau de se p\u00e9trifier dans des croyances, des convictions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cultiver sa curiosit\u00e9, son \u00e9tonnement, son enthousiasme pour des petites choses, est au cerveau ce que le yoga est au corps\u00a0: une fa\u00e7on de rester souple, connect\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je vous souhaite de profiter du temps b\u00e9ni des vacances pour pratiquer, sans mod\u00e9ration, cette gymnastique de l\u2019esprit!<\/p>\n<p>Car, vous l\u2019aurez compris, pour la peau comme pour le cerveau, le maitre mot est la plasticit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Derni\u00e8rement au yoga, j\u2019ai vu une jolie jeune femme d\u2019une souplesse incroyable.
