{"id":1047,"date":"2016-11-25T19:52:30","date_gmt":"2016-11-25T18:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coachingsavoie.com\/blog\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2017-05-04T17:43:24","modified_gmt":"2017-05-04T15:43:24","slug":"les-3-types-dhabitudes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coachingsavoie.com\/blog\/les-3-types-dhabitudes\/","title":{"rendered":"Nos habitudes : d\u00e9couvrez les 3 types"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsavoie.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/cigarette.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1048 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/coachingsavoie.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/cigarette.jpg\" alt=\"Nos habitudes\" width=\"207\" height=\"243\" \/><\/a>Nos habitudes nous jouent bien des tours, chacune \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on.<\/h2>\n<p>Prenons 3 exemples diff\u00e9rents :<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autre jour, j\u2019ai appel\u00e9 une cliente pour l\u2019avertir que la route de Conflans \u00e9tait ferm\u00e9e et qu\u2019il fallait passer c\u00f4t\u00e9 ville. J\u2019ai pris la route \u00e0 mon tour, et je suis arriv\u00e9e au carrefour o\u00f9 la d\u00e9viation \u00e9tait en place. <strong>J\u2019avais oubli\u00e9 que la route \u00e9tait ferm\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es de cela, en reposant mon caddie, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 un petit billet parterre. Depuis, c\u2019est plus fort que moi, <strong>je regarde toujours parterre si un 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> billet ne traine pas&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un matin, j\u2019ai failli me tuer dans mes escaliers\u00a0: j\u2019\u00e9tais en retard, et j\u2019ai failli ne jamais arriver. Mon pied a gliss\u00e9 sur la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> marche, j\u2019ai moulin\u00e9, gliss\u00e9, d\u00e9gringol\u00e9, \u00a0je me suis rattrap\u00e9e \u00e0 la rampe quelques marches plus bas. <strong>Depuis, je m\u2019accroche \u00e0 la rampe d\u00e8s la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> marche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> anecdote est uniquement due \u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, dont mon cerveau est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9. Je fume sans y penser, je mange sans en avoir conscience, je dors toujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame place, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle la force de <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsavoie.com\/blog\/le-droit-au-changement\/\">l\u2019habitude<\/a><\/strong>. Je suis pass\u00e9e par le m\u00eame chemin, car je suis en pilotage automatique (c\u2019est le cas de le dire\u00a0!), l\u2019inconscient est au commande de mon v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;inverse, les deux derni\u00e8res \u00a0sont le fruit d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e8nement marquant. Positif ou n\u00e9gatif, j\u2019en fais une r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une fois suffit pour que j\u2019en fasse une r\u00e8gle, et donc une habitude immuable<\/strong>. Ce sont les plus dangereuses, car elles sont ancr\u00e9es dans notre m\u00e9moire, dans nos \u00e9motions. Elles s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gnent en nous presque \u00e0 notre insu.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr les 2 exemples cit\u00e9s ne sont pas dangereux pour moi, et donc l\u2019habitude qui en d\u00e9coule n\u2019est pas invalidante, n\u00e9gative pour moi. Elle est m\u00eame salvatrice dans l\u2019exemple de l\u2019escalier.<\/p>\n<h3>Mais prenons un autre exemple.<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis enfant, je m\u2019exprime en classe, et les autres enfants rient de ce que je viens de dire. Peut-\u00eatre parce qu\u2019ils ne m\u2019ont pas compris et pas n\u00e9cessairement parce que c\u2019\u00e9tait idiot\u00a0! de cette exp\u00e9rience,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Je tire la conclusion suivante\u00a0<\/strong>: <em>ce que j\u2019ai dit \u00e9tait ridicule.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>J\u2019en fais une r\u00e8gle<\/strong>\u00a0: <em>tout ce que je dis est idiot<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Qui devient une habitude<\/strong>\u00a0: <em>je me tais pour ne pas \u00eatre ridicule.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Avec cette nouvelle croyance, je me mets effectivement \u00e0 l\u2019abri du ridicule, mais je me mets surtout \u00e0 l\u2019abri de dire quelque chose d\u2019int\u00e9ressant qui me permettrait d\u2019inverser la r\u00e8gle&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ces habitudes sont dangereuses car insidieuses, et surtout parce qu\u2019elles ne sont jamais remises en cause\u00a0! Enfin, tant que je n\u2019en sors pas.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates concern\u00e9(e) par ce type de situation, pas d&rsquo;autre moyen que de courir le risque qu&rsquo;elle se v\u00e9rifie&#8230; ou pas !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nos habitudes nous jouent bien des tours, chacune \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on.
